Android Insufficient Storage Available error and Solution

Even on the new android smartphones presents the following problem  that there are insufficient SD Storage available to move the applications from the internal memory to SD memory card. Also the same problem comes up when someone try to download an android app from Google play store.In both cases comes apps the error message about insufficient memory even though there is plenty of gigabytes free capacity in SD
 
when these error messages appeared tried to delete all the data from my external SD Card, then I made a format then I selected the preferable storage destination to be the SD card and I also tried to disable the antivirus program.

From the actions above I succeed the in doing nothing..

Many say that you have to make a factory reboot with the SD  card emptied and inserted  in the android phone while you do the factory reboot. Then of course you have to install all the applications from the beginning.

Google Play Error [RPC:S-5:AEC-0] Solution

If you recently bought an android smartphone or android tablet und tried to install apps or games from Google play store and keeps coming the error message , error by downloading   [RPC:S-5:AEC-0] its nerving and many people are searching a solution to this problem.
I had the same problem as one cheap android tablet recently buyied and tried to use Google play. Then i searched the internet to see what's the problem   [RPC:S-5:AEC-0]  solution. many said you have to erase your Google account and again relog in , others suggested to force stop Google frameworks and Google play from the apps menu. Both didn't work.
What worked for me to solve the error  [RPC:S-5:AEC-0]  ?
I just made a newly Google account and i created that from the Google play app not from the system menu.If you use one Google account for two different android devises sometimes there is a conflict and presents the   [RPC:S-5:AEC-0] play store error immediately or after a few Downloads
